This year marks M31’s second year returning to National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) as career mentors.

Leaders from our HR and R&D teams once again joined the program, meeting with students one-on-one for resume reviews and mock interviews. From resume content and interview skills to career direction and industry choices, the conversations were open, practical, and personal.

Rather than a one-way presentation, we wanted to truly hear students’ questions and share real-world experience from an industry perspective, while giving them an early look at what the workplace is really like.

A resume review or a mock interview may seem like a small step, but it can give someone a little more confidence when it comes time to make important career decisions.

At M31, we believe talent development doesn’t only happen within the company. Bringing our experience back to campus and sharing what we have learned is also one way we can give back and support the next generation.

Seeing the students prepare thoughtfully and reflect on their futures also brought us fresh energy and inspiration. We hope that when we meet again in the future, the career ideas we talked about today will have become the start of each student’s own remarkable chapter.
