Healthy employees and happy teams are at the heart of innovation and collaboration. That is why M31 has long supported diverse employee clubs, encouraging colleagues to explore passions beyond work.

This year, we proudly launched the M31 Volleyball Club, uniting colleagues from across departments who share a love for the sport. In just a few weeks, members went from recruitment and practice to competing in the Science Park Cup—showcasing M31’s strong teamwork and spirit.

Managers came to cheer on the team with afternoon tea, colleagues formed a spontaneous cheering squad, and others captured highlights as photographers—filling the court with support and energy.

As one teammate shared: “In the office, we contribute quietly in our own fields. On the court, we raise our voices together, fighting for a shared victory!” Beyond sports, the Volleyball Club has become a platform for connection, trust, and collaboration. Alongside volleyball, M31 also supports basketball, badminton, table tennis, yoga, and running clubs—helping every colleague find joy and balance outside of work as part of our ESG people‑centric focus.
