Nurturing Sustainable Semiconductor Talent Through Academia–Industry Collaboration

At M31, we believe that “talent” is the core of corporate sustainability. The future of the semiconductor industry relies on the innovative energy of the next generation. With this conviction, we actively enter campuses to strengthen industry–academia collaboration, bringing practical industry experience and forward-looking perspectives to future technology leader.

In the first half of 2025, M31’s HR and R&D teams visited National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU, Department of Electronics), National Tsing Hua University (NTHU, Department of Electronics and College of Semiconductor Research), National Central University (NCU, Department of Electrical Engineering), and National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (YunTech, Department of Electronics). Through a series of seminars, we shared M31’s development roadmap and semiconductor IP design industry trends, while also engaging in professional technical exchanges.

Each campus visit is not just a lecture—it is a two-way journey of knowledge sharing and genuine interaction. We are grateful for the support of the professors and administrative teams at each university, as well as for the enthusiastic participation of the students.

Looking ahead, M31 will continue to promote ‘Talent Sustainability’ by building bridges between academia and industry through diverse channels such as industry-academia collaboration, internship programs, and recruitment activities. We welcome talented and ambitious partners who embrace challenges to join us at the forefront of the global semiconductor stage, contributing to the advancement of Taiwan’s technological competitiveness.
