Nurturing Sustainable Semiconductor Talent Through Academia–Industry Collaboration

At M31, we believe that people are the foundation of sustainability. The future of the semiconductor industry relies on the creativity and passion of the next generation. Guided by this belief, we actively engage with universities, bringing real‑world insights and forward‑looking perspectives to tomorrow’s technology leaders.

In the first half of 2025, our HR and R&D teams visited the Institute of Electronics, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU); the Institute of Electronics and the College of Semiconductor, National Tsing Hua University (NTHU); the Graduate Institute/Department of Electrical Engineering, National Central University (NCU); and the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology(YunTech). Through a series of themed seminars, we shared M31’s development roadmap, explored semiconductor IP design trends, and engaged in technical exchanges with students.

Each campus visit is not just a lecture—it is a two‑way journey of knowledge‑sharing and heartfelt interaction. We are grateful for the support of faculty and administrative teams, and for the students’ enthusiasm.

Looking ahead, M31 will continue to advance Talent Sustainability—building bridges between academia and industry through collaborations, internship programs, and recruitment activities. We welcome talented, challenge‑embracing partners to stand with us at the forefront of the global semiconductor stage and strengthen Taiwan’s technological competitiveness.
