We also explored how to translate customer feedback into service approaches that better align with customer needs—ensuring that every collaboration is more precise and effective.
At the same time, the R&D team shared future technology and development directions, enabling frontline market insights to connect more quickly with technical planning. Meanwhile, practical insights from customer service/technical support served as a vital bridge—linking customer scenarios with product implementation, and helping what we ‘hear’ turn into what we ‘deliver.’”
