Father’s Day is just around the corner! The M31 Welfare Committee prepared a little surprise to make the afternoon extra special for everyone.

On the day of the event, all colleagues enjoyed afternoon tea treats, and the gift pick-up area was lively and filled with laughter. Seeing the bright smiles on our male colleagues’ faces as they received their special snack gift boxes made the afternoon feel even more festive.

At work, they are dedicated teammates; outside of work, they may also be fathers, sons, husbands, or cherished members of their families. In every role, there are moments that deserve to be seen and appreciated.

At M31, we believe caring for our people goes beyond supporting them at work. It also means showing care for their lives and families. Through everyday care and celebrations like this, we hope our colleagues can feel a little warmth and know that they are valued.
