Amid the fast pace of work, M31 prepared a Mother’s Day afternoon tea and a warm little gift—inviting colleagues to enjoy an afternoon filled with desserts, laughter, and heartfelt appreciation.

A small gift also gave us a moment to pause and appreciate the many different roles our colleagues have beyond the workplace. Some are mothers, some are daughters, and some carry the responsibilities of both work and family. Every role deserves to be understood and cherished.
