On the day the tournament kicked off, our office instantly shifted into “cheer mode” during lunch break to support Team Taiwan. Colleagues naturally gathered around, eyes fixed on the scoreboard, holding their breath in every tense moment. In just one game, people across different teams and projects found the same rhythm—cheering for the same goal, and lifting each other’s spirits along the way.

That kind of chemistry feels familiar—just like how we work side by side during peak project periods. Someone steps in to cover, someone offers support, and a simple “I’ve got it” can take a big weight off. A friendly workplace isn’t built only on policies—it’s built on the feeling that you’re not alone: help is nearby when things get busy, space is given when you need a breather, and there’s always someone willing to listen.

At M31, we hope to keep that energy in our everyday culture—giving our best when it’s time to sprint, and fully recharging when it’s time to rest. We move fast, but we don’t leave each other behind.
