Healthy Workplace

M31 has been dedicated to maintaining the employees’ physical and mental health as well as the working environment. We have also drawn up plans for occupational safety and health, building safety, and fire safety in accordance with the government’s related laws and regulations. New employees are provided with education and training in order to give them a full understanding of the Company’s workplace health promotion policies. Promotional courses are also provided for existing employees annually to keep them sharp.

We implement core workplace health promotion policies throughout the organization and across employees at all levels and set annual goals through the PDCA cycle, listen to the needs of every employee, and pay attention to their health needs, thereby building a friendly, safe and healthy workplace.


M31’s implementation guidelines for environmental safety and health, building and fire safety management and public facilities are described below:

  • Conduct annual fire safety inspections in accordance with relevant fire safety regulations.
  • Conduct building public safety inspections every two years in accordance with relevant building safety regulations.
  • Conduct annual safety inspections of public facilities in accordance with relevant public facility regulations.
  • Purchase commercial fire insurance and public liability insurance to protect the safety of the employee work environment.
  • Implement occupational safety and health education and training in compliance with relevant occupational safety and health regulations.
  • Organize an annual ‘Fire Safety Awareness’ course.
  • Cover the full cost of occupational accident insurance to ensure employee safety.
  • Operate a security system around the clock to control access to office premises, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for employees.
  • Promotion of the four major occupational safety and health programs: [Overload Prevention Program, Ergonomic Hazard Prevention Program, Maternal Health Protection Program, and Unlawful Infringement Prevention Program].
  • Conduct regular employee health checkups and arrange physician consultations based on health examination data.
  • Provide on-site stress-relief massage services by visually impaired massage therapists.
  • Offer on-site medical personnel health consultations.
  • Organize various health promotion activities (e.g., weight loss competitions, establishment of health-related clubs such as yoga clubs).
  • Provide mental health support (e.g., stress-relief seminars, “Well-Being Leave” days).
  • Establish first aid and emergency rescue measures (e.g., first aid training for designated personnel, installation of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) throughout office buildings and company premises, along with practical training and online educational promotion).
  • Achieved zero fire and occupational accident cases throughout the year 2024.
  • Obtained the “Healthy Workplace Certification – Health Activation Badge” in 2024.
  • Other key initiatives related to building a healthy workplace.
