Corporate Sustainable Development Committee
M31 Technology’s corporate sustainability initiatives are overseen by the Board of Directors. On December 27, 2022, the company established a cross-functional “Sustainable Development Committee,” chaired by Chairman Hui-Ling Chen. The committee is responsible for formulating sustainability strategies and goals, driving various sustainability initiatives, and ensuring that its annual plans are approved by the Board of Directors.
The company upholds the philosophy of sustainable management, prioritizing stakeholders’ interests while pursuing growth and profitability. At the same time, it actively enhances its impact on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, striving for continuous improvement in corporate sustainability performance.
To further strengthen sustainability governance, on May 27, 2024, the Board of Directors established the “Sustainable Development Committee Charter” and appointed Chairman Hui-Ling Chen along with four directors as the members of “Sustainable Development Committee.” Under the authorization of the board, the committee is responsible for formulating, promoting, and enhancing the company’s sustainability policies, annual plans, and strategies, ensuring the steady advancement of corporate sustainability efforts.
The Sustainable Development Committee oversees an implementation unit and four working groups, each dedicated to achieving specific corporate sustainability objectives:
• Corporate Governance Group
• Environmental Symbiosis Group
• Social Co-benefits Group
• Product Technology Group
Each working group is responsible for implementing the Board-approved annual sustainability plan, regularly reviewing and tracking its progress, and compiling the ESG Report to ensure transparency and effectiveness in corporate sustainability performance.
