  • M31 Technology upholds the philosophy of “early cultivation and long-term companionship” by actively engaging with educational institutions and proactively connecting with students. We collaborate with renowned domestic universities on industry-academia projects, where our team members and professors jointly guide students through practical projects. This provides students with early exposure to real-world industry challenges, helping them develop problem-solving skills and practical experience during their studies.
  • We further partnered with the Electrical Engineering department of a well-known domestic university to host company visits. Through sharing sessions with senior colleagues and on-site observations, students gained firsthand experience of our work environment and culture, allowing them to make more informed career choices.
  • For new hires, we provide a one-on-one mentor system. This not only helps them quickly integrate into the company culture and work pace but also emphasizes continuous support and guidance throughout their career journey. This system offers new employees clear direction and a sense of security, demonstrating our commitment to and value for talent.

  • We actively recruit international talent; we hired two foreign employees locally, enhancing employee diversity and enabling our organization to better engage with the international market.
  • To establish a remote collaboration model with our India team, we conducted multiple English workshops specifically addressing the unique accents of Indian English. This was done to prevent work efficiency from being impacted by differences in language habits and workplace culture.

Sharing Business Success

  • M31’s Compensation Committee formulates competitive and equitable remuneration policies. Through diverse incentive programs, the Company shares its business achievements with employees. Compensation decision does not vary based on gender, age, race, religion, or nationality, fostering an inclusive workplace where every employee can realize their potential.
  • To strengthen employees’ sense of belonging, M31 established the Employee Stock Ownership Trust Committee to promote the Employee Stock Ownership Trust Program, enabling employees to voluntarily participate in and share the Company’s long-term growth.
  • On February 25, 2025, the Board approved an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation, ensuring that a designated portion of annual profits is distributed to frontline employees. By regularly reviewing the definition and compensation of frontline employees, M31 reinforces its commitment to sharing operational achievements and supporting its workforce.

Employee Feedback Survey

 

  • M31 values employees’ work experience and development needs, and regards employee feedback as an important basis for improving the workplace environment and human capital strategies.
  • Currently, training programs serve as the starting point. Post-training surveys are used to continuously collect real-time feedback on course content, instructor quality, and training arrangements, thereby establishing an initial mechanism for monitoring employee satisfaction. Going forward, the scope of the surveys will be gradually expanded to include areas such as the work environment, communication culture, employee benefits, and career development, forming a more comprehensive employee feedback system to support continuous management improvement.
  • In 2025, M31 conducted multiple training programs and collected employee feedback through post-training surveys. Overall satisfaction rate reached 94.12%, reflecting employees’ positive recognition of the Company’s talent development resources and learning environment.
  • Feedback indicates that employees generally found the courses beneficial and expressed positive views on instructor quality, training materials, and overall participation experience.
  • Starting in 2026, M31 has begun planning a more comprehensive employee satisfaction survey process and plans to introduce an annual employee satisfaction survey. Survey results and corresponding improvement actions will be disclosed in the ESG report and on the Company’s official website, with the aim of continuously enhancing the employee experience and fostering a supportive, growth-oriented workplace.
